Nurturing an inclusive culture is not clear-cut; it's multi-faceted and sometimes can be complicated to put into words.

During the discovery call, we aim to understand where the business is at in its journey to nurturing an inclusive culture.



 
 
 

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion MOT

To truly understand where the business is in its journey to nurturing an inclusive culture, we will carry out an MOT.

The process will include:

  • A review of internal policies and processes

  • Employee survey

  • A focus group session with employees


 

Planning Session

During this session with Leadership, we will present the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion MOT results and propose recommendations on the best programme for the business.



 
 

Programme Design & Delivery

At this stage, we start designing a bespoke programme to suit the needs of the business.

Our programmes are designed to create an impact on an individual learner basis and organisation-wide level.
